When the section below auto populates, enter the Net Rental Rate (per square foot) and any escalations. If there are no escalations, enter the same amount for each consecutive year.
Next, enter in any free rent in months. In the example below, the tenant would be receiving 1 month of net rent and 1 month of gross rent free at the beginning of the term. You can use any combination of free rent in these cells.
