Terms and Conditions for the Industrial Insiders Community Membership

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Industrial Insiders Community (the "Community"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Community.

2. Membership Eligibility: Membership in the Community is subject to approval and may be refused or revoked at our discretion. Members must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent, and must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.

3. Membership Fees: Fees for membership shall be specified and communicated to prospective members. Fees are not prorated, the amount for membership covers the calendar year regardless of when the membership fees are paid. New members will have access to all previous interviews and news articles. All fees are non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of Chad Griffiths and Wyatt Hammond. If a member truly needs the money back, get in contact with Chad or Wyatt and we'll address it as needed. This is a community designed to help each member grow and the last thing we want is a member who cannot financially afford the membership fee.

4. Account Responsibility: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. The Community shall not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account.

5. Community Guidelines: Members must adhere to the Community's code of conduct, which prohibits abusive behavior, harassment, and the sharing of illegal or infringing content. Violation of these guidelines may result in termination of membership.

6. Intellectual Property: Content provided by the Community is protected by intellectual property laws. Members may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

7. User Contributions: Members may post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Community, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

8. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Community immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability: The Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Community.

10. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Community after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
